Description

This project will explain how much these branded employer images matter for organizations' recruitment success, and to what extent applicants vary in their perception and reaction to these branded images.

Methods

The project will comprise studies using experimental methods, as well as analyses of two existing big data sets on job ads (one in Danish, one in German) using Natural Language Processing in collaboration with the NLP group at the Department of Computer Sciences.
