Welcome!

I am Ting, a research assistant at the Department of Psychology, University of Copenhagen. My research focuses on recruitment, leadership and diversity. I apply quantitative methods in my research. Previously, I was a PhD fellow at the Department of Management, Aarhus Unviersity.

I am also a member of the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership, and a teacher at the Sino-Danish Center.
